How to use countdown timer
Start a one-time countdown or repeat work and rest intervals for a chosen number of rounds.
Run ten rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest.
- Enter or paste the values you want to work with.
- Review the result and any validation message.
- Copy or download the result when the tool provides that action.
How it works
The active phase is anchored to an absolute end time and advances through elapsed phases after sleep, throttling, or tab suspension.
